Official Contest Rules
- Participation is open to all artists from the Greater Savannah Area.
- Submissions to reflect the artists view on what Starland Soul means to them.
- Submission to include: Artist Bio. Rendering of what they would paint in the 3x5ft area provided, and a brief (200 words or less) about what Starland Soul means to them.
- The final deadline for all submissions is Augusts 16, 2026, at 11:59 PM local time. Winners will be selected by August 28th. Work to be submitted to City for Approval September 1. the 7 finalists will paint their murals October 28-November 6
